2023年对我们来说是一个特殊的年份，因为这是我们的小学迈向全面发展的起点。今天我们身处的小学，无论是硬件设施还是教育资源都得到了很大的改善和提升。作为全体师生的校长，我感到由衷的自豪和高兴。

亲爱的同学们，你们是学校最宝贵的财富。每一个笑脸，每一次进步，都是学校最引以为傲的成果。新学期开始了，我希望大家能够更加积极主动地参与学校的各项活动和学习。同学们要牢记学校的校训，培养良好的道德品质，做一个有责任感、有担当的小学生。

Speech by the Elementary School Principal Under the National Flag, New Semester, 2023

Respected teachers, dear students:

Hello, everyone! First of all, I would like to extend a warm welcome to all of you and congratulate you on a pleasant summer vacation. As we begin a new semester, I, as the principal, feel honored to join you in embracing new challenges and opportunities.

The year 2023 is a special year for us, as it marks the beginning of comprehensive development for our elementary school. Both the hardware facilities and educational resources of our school have been greatly improved and upgraded. As the principal of all teachers and students, I feel deeply proud and pleased.

Dear students, you are the most precious asset of the school. Every smile and every progress is the school's most proud achievement. With the start of the new semester, I hope you can actively participate in various school activities and studies. Students should remember the school motto, develop good moral qualities, and become responsible elementary school students.

Respected teachers, you are the guides and role models for students' growth. In the new semester, I hope that every teacher can carry forward the spirit of unity and cooperation and professional dedication, stimulate students' interest and potential through innovative teaching methods and abundant educational resources. Let us work together to create a dynamic and warm learning environment for students.
