Spring Festival English Diary (150 words)

Today is the Spring Festival, the most important festival in China. I woke up early in the morning and put on new clothes. There was a joyful atmosphere in the air. I couldn't wait to open my red packet, which is a traditional gift in the Spring Festival.

After breakfast, my family went to visit our relatives. We greeted each other with "Happy New Year" and exchanged gifts. We had a big feast with delicious food, such as dumplings, fish, and sticky rice cake. We played games and laughed a lot.

In the afternoon, we went to the temple to pray for good luck in the coming year. The temple was crowded with people, and the smell of incense filled the air. We made wishes and burned incense for our ancestors.

In the evening, we watched a magnificent fireworks display. The sky was lit up with colorful lights, and the sound of firecrackers filled the air. It was truly a sight to behold.

Overall, I had a wonderful Spring Festival. It's a time to spend with family, eat delicious food, and celebrate the coming of a new year. I can't wait for the next Spring Festival!
